The product

The main users of the site are technicians of enterprises. This is a requested product from Monetization department, according to product requirements, the website should be designed in dark colors, with emphasis on images and less text. The website is currently in the process of editing the interface from the programmer.

My responsibility

  • Receive requests from relevant departments.
  • Understand requirements from the department, starting sketching, designing assets and UI kits, design high fidelity version, mount prototype, arrange components and documents, hand over to developers and the manager.
  • Receive feedback from managers, developers and design iterate

My connections

SELF ASSESSMEENT

What I did well?

My primary strength in this project is my capability to work independently as the sole UI/UX Designer. Additionally, I am not hesitant to speak up and point out any issues that need to be resolved or any necessary changes that need to be made. I regularly review the website and provide feedback, proposing modifications or updates to be implemented before the developers release the site. Despite working on other projects simultaneously, I believe I have effectively managed my time to ensure that I fulfill my responsibilities and deliver the design before the deadline.

What I would do differently?

One thing I would do differently is to thoroughly check the UI after it has been coded by developers. I have encountered UI issues after the project was released, but by then it was too late to request changes. This problem could only be addressed in the next phase. Additionally, I should not settle for "good enough" and instead strive for more information when I have questions. I have realized that having more details leads to better solutions and a more comprehensive design.
