SELF ASSESSMEENT

What I did well?

  • I've observed enhancements in information exchange and communication efficiency with various departments like product owner, manager, content, and developers. Thoroughly reviewing documents, asking questions, and collaboratively building interfaces has been key.
  • Beyond UI design, I've created gift items for livestream users, such as representative rings, stickers, and motion effects for joining LIVE rooms.
  • Despite the density of my design tasks, I consistently deliver completed design drafts and handovers well before the deadline.

What I would do differently?

  • I need to exercise greater caution when incorporating special designs into existing screens, considering their impact on the surroundings and adaptability to less-than-ideal situations, such as smaller screens or the Vietnamese version.
  • Participating in designing the entrance motion effects for the LIVE room was a challenging, new experience. The design had to be attention-grabbing, requiring more movements and uniqueness compared to competitors. Though my initial version was rejected, I learned and successfully crafted an accepted second version. This experience underscores the importance of further research and learning for creating quality designs in the future.
