In charge of the Lucky Wheel Promotion Event project targeting our business's customers, I serve as the sole UI/UX designer on the team. Streamlining my workload, my colleague, a graphic designer, contributes 3D visual elements, enabling me to concentrate on enhancing the site's UI and UX.
The lucky wheel event page is an H5 page on mobile phones. The intended audience for this page are the customers of the telephone network service. This event is a promotional program and serves as a gift to customers who use the business service. By accessing the page, customers have the opportunity to play the lucky wheel and receive various valuable gifts.
Since the beginning of the project, I have been focused on improving my understanding of the requirements. I take the time to carefully read the brief, ask relevant questions, and ensure that I have all the necessary information. I am able to effectively manage my time while working on the project, including planning, exchanging ideas, and discussing with others. As a result, I am able to complete the project before the deadline while still meeting all the requirements and providing a positive user experience.
To make the promotional event more appealing to users, incorporating animations in the popups would enhance their engagement. However, due to time limitations, I was unable to design them. For future projects of a similar nature, I recommend including enjoyable animations to uplift the user's spirits.
